Fuck Yeah PWG!

One of PWG’s biggest events of the year - the DDT4 Tournament has been dated.

The event will take place on April 21st, the same show which will see the debut of Sami Callihan, as he takes on Kevin Steen.

The tournament is usually for a tag team title shot, but can also feature the champions themselves in action, with their titles on the line in each of their matches. Kevin Steen is one half of the tag champions, which would seem to suggest they wont be in the tournament, but given Steen’s history of competing multiple times in one night, anything can happen!

Last year’s event was hailed as one of PWG’s best shows ever and received almost universal acclaim. It placed in top 10 events of the year in the 2011 Wrestling Observer awards, an impressive showing for a smaller company competing with WWE’s Money in the Bank, Wrestlemania and ROH’s Best in the World.
